About Breathe New Massage and Recovery

My name  is Brittany Smith, LMT and I am the  owner of Breathe New Massage and Recovery. I am a Lebanon, TN native. I attended Lebanon High School and played softball and was apart of the LHS color guard. I have  been a licensed massage therapist for two years. I obtained my certification from Georgia Career Institute in Murfreesboro, TN. I attended the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and became a certified Manual Lymphatic Therapist.   

I am committed to providing tailored treatment to address specific concerns and promote relaxation and healing. Being trained in deep tissue, cupping therapy, IASTM, and sports therapy, I am able to provide the proper treatment based on the client's needs. I want each client to feel rejuvenated after their session. 

In my spare time, I love hiking, reading, laying in my hammock at the lake, and horseback riding. I feel it is important to decompress throughout the week. I am excited to share and educate the benefits of massage.
